Dear Rutledge, Carmichael relations around the country , I found this old photo and am trying to identify all the people. I count 15 people, including 1 baby on back row counting from L - R. PleaseIl giardinoAnother great experience with Scott and his team at #ride615bicycleshop . We purchased these bikes from Scott during the pandemic when you had to wait a few months for delivery. Scott helped us find the perfect bikes for our aging knees and backs and we have ridden them several times a week since then (weather permitting ). If you’re in the Middle TN area and are shopping for a new bike or need your bike serviced,My parents pictured in February 1951. I found this photo today when I was cleaning out A folder Daddy had left for me when he died. I didn’t remember it at all. Daddy was 21 and Mother was 17 at the time. The innocence and beauty in those faces make me cry. Their marriage didn’t last forever, but they loved each other and respected each other always. They both led by example and taught me so many valuable truths. I have so many fond memories with my parents in my childhood. My sweet daddy passed away almost 5 months ago. I miss him terribly and not a day goes by that I don’t yearn to speak with him and get another hug and kiss. My beautiful mother has had a tough year with some health issues but she is a fighter and improving every day! I am so proud of her determination to get better , not bitter! And she is every bit as beautiful now as she was then. I am so blessed to still be able to enjoy spending time with my Mother. But I am also blessed that I had a loving Father for 70 years. On this first day of Spring I hope everyone is feeling blessed by something. If so, please share.Happy St. Patrick’s day! And, my favorite colors are greens☘️
